There has been renewed interest in my other wire kumihimo designs, so I thought the time was right to publish this one. It first appeared in Beads & Beyond magazine in the summer and much to my delight it made it to the front cover. I have rewritten the tutorial to include much more detail than can be accommodated by the magazine’s word counts. I have also made up the bracelet in other colours to give more of an idea of the versatility of the design. What makes this bracelet different to my previous wire designs is the delicacy of the lacy braid. It is very quick to make up, but a bit of care is needed when organising the wire.
