One of the most frequently asked questions is ‘How do I finish off my kumihimo?’ and I believe that it is important to be able to finish off in several different ways, so that your ending will be appropriate for the piece of jewellery. I have other YouTube videos covering the glue and the wire methods, both of which aim to hide the cord ends. It is not always necessary to do that and I designed this loop and toggle method to make a feature of the ends. I show how to use a toggle, but a button, S-hook or lobster clasp would work just as well.
